Terms of Service
Last updated: May 20, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Entry Level Game Jobs (the "Service") operated by Definitive Infinity Media ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms are provided as a starting template and have not been reviewed by an attorney. They will be replaced with finalized, legally reviewed copy before the platform exits beta. For questions contact our support team.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or discriminatory content
- Use the Service to harvest contact information or send unsolicited messages
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, systems, or data
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the Service or its API
- Upload malware, viruses, or any code intended to disrupt the Service
3. Job seekers
You retain ownership of the resume, application, profile, and other content you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and display that content for the purpose of operating the Service (for example, sending your application to an employer or showing your profile to studios you opt in to). You can delete your account and your content at any time from your account settings.
4. Employers and listings
4.1 Listing standards
Job listings must describe real, currently open positions. Pay ranges, location, role level, and contact details must be accurate. We may remove listings that violate these standards without notice.
4.2 Equal opportunity
Listings must comply with applicable equal employment opportunity laws. Discrimination based on protected characteristics is not allowed.
5. Payments and subscriptions
Paid features are billed through Stripe. Subscription fees renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are issued at our discretion and on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and trademarks, is owned by Definitive Infinity Media and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service without permission.
7. Third-party services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (for example, Stripe, Better Auth, analytics tools, and AI providers). Your use of those features is also governed by the respective providers' terms. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will result in a job, hire, or any specific outcome.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Definitive Infinity Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service and the updated Terms will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, unless required otherwise by local law.
